Hello, Ladies:

Here we are again, nearing the ending of summer.  Trust you all enjoyed your vacation, or visiting relatives, or just having a stay-cation right here in Lehigh .

The MISSION SAMPLER will be held on  SATURDAY, SEPTEMBER 18 at Faith United Methodist Church in Ft. Myers.  Cost of luncheon is $8.00.  Look for more information in the next newsletter.

Our Executive Board meeting will be at Donna’s on Tuesday, September 7 at 9:30am.

ALL WOMEN attending Christ United Methodist Church are invited to attend our Circle meetings, so mark your calendars now for September.

REBEKAH—Tuesday ,September 14 , in the Chapel at 9:30am.

RUTH—Tuesday, September 14, in the Parlor at 9:30am.

PRISCILLA—Tuesday, September 14, at 7:00pm,  to be announced.

A prayer of commitment:

            God of love, we thank you for being with us in fellowship and mission with our sisters of United Methodist Women.  We thank you for calling us into leadership, for your love, which is present always.  We remember our purpose, and endeavor to follow same.

We remain in prayer for the continuing healing of our President, Edie Rogers.  Through God’s grace  and your prayers she is progressing.   She thanks  everyone for their cards, calls and visits.
